STYARAA – Replacement Policy (No Refunds)

At Styaraa, we ensure every product is quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer replacement only. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.


Eligibility for Replacement

You may request a replacement within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged on arrival

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong product

To qualify, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags intact

  • Supported by an unboxing video (mandatory for verification)


How to Request a Replacement

Email us at styaraa.india@gmail.com with:

  1. Order number

  2. Unboxing video (mandatory)

  3. Photos of the issue

  4. Your registered mobile number

All replacement requests must be approved before sending anything back.


Return Address

We will share the return address and instructions once your replacement request is approved.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items

We do not accept replacement requests for:

  • Items without an unboxing video

  • Used, worn, or damaged-by-customer products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal hygiene accessories


No Refund Policy

Styaraa does not issue refunds for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong order placed

  • Size or color preference

  • Delayed delivery by courier companies

Only replacements are provided when a valid issue is confirmed.
